Synccess LLC operates this support website. This policy describes the synccess Mac App Store app and this support website.
Local workspace information
synccess stores your music catalog, contacts, briefs, notes, draft messages, and preferences locally on your Mac and in folders you select. It starts with an empty workspace. Your catalog and contact records are not sent to a developer-operated server for storage.
Optional online features
When you use an online feature, the requested information is sent to the service involved. Imports can request content from its provider. Email sending uses the SMTP account and recipients you configure and transmits the message and attachments you select. Providers process information under their own policies. Network requests disclose ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to the destination service.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes subscription purchases and payments through the App Store. synccess uses Apple’s StoreKit to verify your subscription status and provide access. The developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of account and purchase information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
Credentials and selected folders
The app uses macOS Keychain for its Keychain-backed credential features, including scheduled email credentials. Workspace files, imported records, exports, and other local configuration remain in their configured local locations. Protect files you export or share. Folder access is granted when you select a folder in the app. Disconnecting a service does not delete information already sent to that service or an email recipient.
Tracking and analytics
The Mac App Store version does not include advertising, tracking, developer-operated analytics, AI services, or automatic background imports. This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Porkbun hosts the website and may process connection and request information to serve and protect it. See Porkbun’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can remove records within the app and manage workspace files in Finder. You can change selected folders in Settings and revoke optional service credentials through the service’s account controls. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your local workspace. Any copies held by an email recipient, selected cloud storage provider, or other service are subject to that service’s policies.
Support and privacy requests
